We are now hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Falun.
As Marketing Coordinator, you play a central role in bringing our brand to life across markets, channels, and customer touchpoints. Supporting the Marketing Team, you act as the vital link between Marketing, Sales, and our partners, helping ensure that ideas turn into high-quality execution — in-store, online, and beyond.
What you do
Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and following up on marketing activities and campaigns
Act as a key connector between Marketing, Regional Sales, and our commercial partners
Coordinate point-of-sale materials, retail promotions, and in-store activations to strengthen brand visibility and sales impact
Support the execution of strategic commercial initiatives, such as the commercial wheel, across partner accounts
Collaborate with partners’ marketing teams to align plans, share assets, and deliver joint initiatives on time
Monitor, track, and report on marketing and sales support activities together with Marketing and Sales Managers
Contribute to cross-functional campaigns, events, and product launches

A relationship builder who communicates clearly and professionally
Detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable when it comes to follow-up and delivery
Motivated by collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
Your skills
Experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, or sales support (internship or professional)
Experience working with retail, customer marketing, or premium brands is highly desirable
Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing environments
Experience from high-end consumer or professional products is desirable, ideally in an international or multi-market setup
Working knowledge of marketing coordination across digital, partner, and customer channels
Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign and activity performance
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken (additional European languages are a plus)
