At CTEK, we develop smart, sustainable charging solutions that make everyday life easier. We are now hiring a Retail Operations Manager who combines a strong commercial mindset with a hands-on approach and enjoys turning strategy into execution. As part of our Consumer Division, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are presented and experienced across global retail markets delivering our customer promise and securing a premium customer offering beyond products.

What You Do

In this role, you are responsible for bringing CTEK’s global retail strategy to life by securing strong execution across markets and partners. You work closely with regional sales teams to develop and implement joint business plans with key retail customers, while also acting as a commercial sparring partner on retail strategy, promotions, and in-store activation.

You lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our retail performance, branding and exposure, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain. At the same time, you continuously identify opportunities to improve how we work—driving operational sales excellence, promoting best practices across regions, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, with high quality and clear communication.

Your Skills

You bring solid commercial experience and the ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively.

• Experience working with retail partners, preferably in an international consumer goods environment

• Strong understanding of retail execution (in-store, POS, packaging etc)

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously

• Excellent project management and coordination skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Experience working cross-functionally and across regions
